OUR KITCHEN IS OPEN
Thursday to Sunday: Lunch 11:30 - 1:30pm (Kitchen)
Thursday to Monday: Happy Hour 5-6pm
Thursday to Monday: Dinner 5-8pm (Kitchen)
CHANGES TO BOOKINGS:
We kindly ask that you notify us of any change in guest numbers as soon as possible. To make changes to an existing booking, please use the link you were emailed/text message or you can message our restaurant directly via Facebook Messenger. (Link to FB page is below on our website footer)
CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOWS:
We staff our Restaurant according to the number of bookings we receive, (this enables us to ensure we can provide adequate service), If you simply do not show-up, not only are we over-staffing (we also have a legal requirement to pay staff for a min of 2 hours, even if they are no longer required within 24hrs notice) but we are turning Other potential guests away, because we have allocated a table to you.
- We also prepare our Kitchen for Service, there are food, gas/electricity & wage costs here too
Therefore, we kindly ask that you do the right thing and let us know if you are unable to make your booking with at least 24hours notice.
LATE ARRIVALS: We can only hold your booking reservation for 15 minutes past your initial booking time, please call us if you are running late and we will do what we can to re-secure your booking.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS:
Please notify us of any dietary requirements when making your booking.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS SURCHARGE:
Please note all public holidays surcharge of 15% will apply to the final bill.
PLEASE NOTE:
Due to our Food Safety & Safe Food Handling Policies we are unable to permit our guests to bring their own cakes in. Thank you for your understanding.
(We do Offer the option to add one of our Celebration cakes at the time of booking -min 24hrs notice is needed)
